pausing and noticing
monthly online class – this Monday, July 14th.
Three things on my heart for you today
First, thank you for being here. Whether you’ve been reading for a while or just arrived, I’m deeply grateful for your presence in this space.
Second, a small update:
Our monthly restorative class is now held on Monday evenings. I hope this new rhythm offers a soft and steady way to begin your week with presence and care.
Our next class will be:
Monday, 14 July at 5:30 PM AEST
A simple, 30-minute online practice.
I’ll send you the Zoom link later this week.
Third, the intention for this month is: Pause to Notice.
It’s easy to become embedded in the momentum of daily life — to be too tired, too busy, too engaged to stop and notice what’s quietly holding us.
This month, I invite you to pause to notice:
What is going well.
What feels simple or easeful.
The nature that surrounds you.
The people who support you in steady, quiet ways.
Pause to notice what’s in front of you, instead of what you’re planning.
Pause to feel what is alive within you, without rushing to change or fix it.
Pause to offer presence — even silence — to someone you love, instead of advice or solutions.
Lately, I’ve been practicing a short pause before starting the car. Just a moment to sit, breathe, and remember how grateful I am to be able to move and go. It’s a small ritual, but it reminds me to notice.
What’s one tiny way you could include a pause in your day?
I’d love to hear — share it in the comments if you feel called.
Looking forward to sharing practice with you on Monday, 14 July.
Link coming soon.
With warmth,
Rocío
Wonderfully simple.
